In 2015, AGP entered into an agreement with Mylan to exclusively sell its products in Pakistan. Mylan having its head quartered in USA, is one of the largest generic and specialty pharmaceutical companies in the world with a global turnover of ~USD 11 Billion offering over 7,500 products. AGP has successfully launched two products in the Hepatitis C portfolio which are being imported from an Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved plant. AGP plans to launch more products from the Mylan portfolio in the future with primary focus on Hepatitis C and Oncology, in line with the domestic need for good quality drugs at affordable prices.
