Mr. Saeed holds graduation in Pharmacy and Law along with the Master of Business Administration, complemented by certifications in Project Management and Supply Chain (CSCP).

Mr. Saeed brings over 23 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to his role as Director of Technical Operations. His expertise spans across critical areas such as pharmaceutical operations, engineering, project management, production planning, environmental health and safety (EHS), and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining AGP Limited, Mr. Saeed held significant positions at renowned pharmaceutical companies including Getz Pharma, OBS Pharma, and Sanofi Aventis. He has successfully overseen the construction of the Oncogen Pharma greenfield project, showcasing his leadership and project management skills.

His commitment to quality assurance is evident through his active involvement in successful GMP audits conducted by WHO and PIC/S.

Mr. Saeed Ur Rehman’s extensive experience and dedication make him a valuable asset in driving operational excellence within AGP Limited.

Mr. Maaz joined AGP in September 2021 and is currently serving as Head of Business Development, Regulatory Affairs and New Product Development at AGP Limited. Having completed his Bachelors in Pharmacy from Hamdard University, Mr. Maaz went on to complete his Diploma in Strategic Marketing from IBA and completed his Executive MBA from SZABIST University. He started his career from Getz Pharma, and went on to work at ICI Pakistan, Searle, and the Nabi Qasim Group.

With a background in manufacturing, sourcing, sales, and marketing, Mr. Maaz possesses in-depth knowledge of all operational and strategic organizational functions, and serves as a driving force in numerous Business Development projects and initiatives at AGP Limited.

Syed Shah Hussain Qadri is an Associate Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He brings over a decade of expertise in internal audit, finance, and accounting, working with a diverse range of companies and industries. His experience in process improvement, risk assessment, and financial management has made him a valuable asset in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Mr. Sajid is a Certified Management Accountant from IMA (USA), with over two decades of diverse experience in both Finance and Supply Chain Management within the pharmaceutical industry.

He brings with him expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, and has spearheaded the Management Reporting section as well. In 2017, he transitioned to Supply Chain and has been a part of several successful M&As, while simultaneously securing the CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional designation, and becoming a certified SAP MM Consultant. At AGP, Mr. Sajid has been a part of the SAP implementation process which was first enacted at all AGP production plants, and then extended to other AGP subsidiaries as well.

He has been with AGP for over 15 years and brings with him more than two decades of rich experience handling ERPs and relevant software/hardware. Prior to AGP he has worked for Dadex Eternit and Merck Pakistan.

He has brought effective and efficient changes in the IS set-up and has managed to run systems with minimum outages, with the most recent achievement of his being the facilitation of SAP-HANA (RISE) at AGP Limited.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with over 18 years of experience in Finance, Audit, and Taxation. Prior to AGP he has worked at Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority and Two of the Big Four Chartered Accountant Firms in Pakistan, namely Ernst & Young and Deloitte.

Having been with AGP for over 10 years, Mr. Junaid has been a part of several successful M&As, while also facilitating the most recent SAP-HANA (RISE) implementation at AGP Limited and other OBS subsidiaries. Moreover, he also oversaw and was a part of AGP becoming a listed company in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. He has also facilitated and enabled the implementation of finance-related SAP modules in AGP Limited.

Mr. Tanveer is a dynamic, diversified, and experienced individual in the field of Marketing and Sales. He has completed B. Pharmacy from University of Karachi in 1999 and he has done MBA-Marketing from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in 2004. Possessing a professional experience of over 23 years.

Mr. Tanveer has worked in a number of reputed national and international pharmaceutical companies including Macter, Searle, Hilton and Getz; while also working in production and warehouse at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) for 4.5 years.

Currently, he is serving as the Commercial Director Marketing and Sales at AGP Limited, looking after the Internal Medicine and Gastrointestinal portfolio. He has helped establish a new segment of neuro psychiatry in AGP and is looking after Trade Marketing of AGP Limited as well.

Mr. Imran has 24 years’ worth of working within the pharmaceutical industry at leading pharmaceutical companies including Getz, Searle & Hilton. Mr. Imran holds a Bachelors degree as well as a double Masters in Biochemistry and Business Administration. He has also completed his M.Phil, and has led teams in international certifications of pharmaceutical plants such as WHO-Geneva and in the Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention’s in a member state country.

Mr. Imran joined AGP Limited as a Director Quality Operations on 11th January, 2022.

Mr. Junaid Jumani is a richly experienced and highly qualified HR professional, with some of the most prestigious and most sought after global HR certifications (SHRM & GDEIB), to his credit. A business & law graduate by qualification, he has a prolific experience spanning approximately two decades in diverse organizations, having mastered various HRM functions, like Organization Development, Talent, Performance & Compensation Management, and Succession Planning.

He has been associated with the OBS Group for over 10 years and has served as a change catalyst; bringing positive transformations to the AGP Limited corridors.
