Lipomax (Liposomal iron) is an iron food supplement with vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B6, B12, Manganese & Zinc. Lipomax containing iron pyrophosphate uses “liposomal” vehicle technology, i.e. it is incorporated into a phospholipid membrane, a sort of protective “shell”. Compared to other oral iron formulations, it allows better gastrointestinal absorption with a higher bioavailability of the mineral with lower incidence of side effects.
