Description:

Algocin is a synthetic broad
spectrum antibacterial agent for oral administration. It has invitro
activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.

- Chronic bacterial prostatitis
- Lower respiratory tract infections
- Acute sinusitis
- Skin and skin structure infections
- Bone & joint infections
- Complicated intra-abdominal infections (used in combination with metronidazole)

- Typhoid & para typhoid
- Uncomplicated cervical and urethral gonorrhea
- Acute uncomplicated
cystitis in females
- Inhalational anthrax (post-exposure)
