As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship, AGP partnered with TrashIt to conduct an insightful training session on Recycling and Sustainability. The session aimed to strengthen awareness and equip our teams with practical knowledge to help reduce our environmental footprint both at work and at home.

Participants gained valuable insights on:

• The environmental and financial impact of wasteful habits and single-use materials
• Applying the “4 R’s” – Reduce, Reuse, Replace and Repair
• Understanding recycling processes that contribute to a circular economy
• Addressing food waste through composting techniques
• Practical sustainability measures for individuals, communities and organizations, including paperless initiatives and mindful procurement

This initiative reflects AGP’s broader goal of fostering responsible practices and building a culture that prioritizes sustainability.

To strengthen our collective readiness, AGP conducted a comprehensive Cyber Security Awareness Training session led by industry experts. Employees from across departments actively participated, reflecting AGP’s commitment to fostering a secure and informed workplace. As part of our commitment to promoting women’s health and fostering an informed and supportive workplace, AGP collaborated with The Cancer Foundation Hospital to conduct a Breast Cancer Awareness Session for our employees. Led by Dr. Lubna Saleem, the session emphasized the importance of early detection, regular screenings and open conversations around women health. We were pleased to see active participation from both female and male employees. Involving men as allies is essential, as their understanding and support help extend this critical awareness to their families and communities, amplifying the impact far beyond our workplace.

Our CEO, Mr. Kamran Nasir, also shared his insights on the importance of building awareness around preventive healthcare for women and reinforcing an environment where well-being, inclusion and education are prioritized.

As part of our continued commitment to inclusion and meaningful community engagement, AGP visited the Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP) Learning Center for an interactive and enriching session with the children.

The visit included a warm and engaging arts and crafts activity, where our teams had the opportunity to create, collaborate and share moments of joy with individuals with Down Syndrome. The experience was a powerful reminder of the impact of empathy, creativity and human connection.

We celebrated this children’s day in collaboration with Child-life Foundation and distributed gifts among kids of Emergency Room (ERs) at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital to brighten the day of our young superheroes. This initiative was a small gesture with big impact, aiming to make their stay healthy and joyful.
