Mr. Junaid Jumani is a richly experienced and highly qualified HR professional, with some of the most prestigious and most sought after global HR certifications (SHRM & GDEIB), to his credit. A business & law graduate by qualification, he has a prolific experience spanning approximately two decades in diverse organizations, having mastered various HRM functions, like Organization Development, Talent, Performance & Compensation Management, and Succession Planning.
He has been associated with the OBS Group for over 10 years and has served as a change catalyst; bringing positive transformations to the AGP Limited corridors.
Dr. Omer completed his MBBS from Dow Medical College in 1995 and MBA with a Marketing discipline in 1999; while also having completed LUMS’ Marketing Excellence Program in 2011.
Dr. Omer’s prowess as a marketing and sales executive is substantiated by his experience of about 25 years with various National and Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies including Aventis, Getz and Hilton, where he successfully handled several diverse portfolios.
Dr. Omer joined AGP Limited as Director Commercial in November 2021. He has been overseeing the Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, Orthopedics, Cardiometabolic categories since joining AGP. Additionally, Dr. Omer also looks after International Business, Institutional Business, Sales Training department, Commercial Excellence, and Medical Affairs at AGP Limited.
